the rooms were airy on higher floors, the staff were very attentive and excellent. set near a tram station, it was a plus. terrific service was provided.

We were given a double room on higher floors upon arrival. This hotel was located in a central area not far from the hill and an alley. And there was Coffee Jupiter with short-orders a couple of blocks away from the venue, super convenient.

Everything was very good, incredible location close enough to transports, ferries and all the touristic areas and metro station and funicular and the tram and ferries which made getting around excellent, extremely friendly staff. We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel with a unique ambiance. The surrounding neighborhood was full of character, with beautiful architecture and lots of trees. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, giving us a great start to our day. Additionally, the staff made us feel like part of their happy family, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also loved that there were plenty of cats around, adding a special touch to our experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as limited English-speaking staff, shared toilets, and some cleanliness issues, overall I would still highly recommend this hotel for its magical atmosphere and excellent location.
